RFD-TV: One group fears new WOTUS rule won’t bring needed clarity

As the EPA works toward its self-assigned September deadline for a new WOTUS rule, one group fears it will not deliver the needed clarity.

The Waters Advocacy Coalition says that they are also concerned about the rapid timeline, and the fact there will be no public hearing.

Courtney Briggs with the coalition says that a partial change to the existing rule will not be enough, and says that more needs to be done to get the rule in compliance with the Sackett decision.
